AI Use & Trust
How our product AI assistant works — principles for trust, accuracy, and scope.
What the AI is designed to do
The Arpeta Product AI Assistant is designed to answer questions about Arpeta Yazılım and its products in a clear, accurate, and neutral way. It explains what our products are, who they are for, and how they work, so that you can decide whether they might fit your needs. It does not sell; it informs and guides.
What it is NOT designed to do
The assistant is not designed to:
- Give pricing or commercial commitments
- Give legal, tax, or accounting advice
- Decide whether you are eligible for a product or a contract
- Replace a human conversation when you need a formal answer, a quote, or a contract
- Learn from your conversations to change its behavior for you personally
- Access your company's systems or data unless you explicitly connect them (and we do not do that in the public product assistant)
How answers are generated
The assistant uses a language model trained on general knowledge, together with Arpeta-approved product information (descriptions, capabilities, and boundaries). It does not invent features or promises; it stays within that approved scope. If a question is unclear or outside that scope, it will say so and, where appropriate, suggest that you contact us or describe your need in more detail.
Accuracy and scope
We aim for accuracy over marketing. Answers are grounded in the product information we maintain and in the rules we set (e.g. no invented features, no guarantees we cannot stand behind). If we are not sure, the assistant is instructed to ask a short clarification question or to direct you to a human or to our website, rather than to guess. We do not promise that every answer is perfect in every situation; we promise that we design and govern the assistant so that it stays within its defined scope and does not overstate what our products do.
Neutrality and honesty
The assistant is instructed to be neutral and honest. It does not exaggerate, use hype language, or pressure you. It does not criticize competitors or claim that we are "the best." It uses calm, professional language and prefers words like "supports," "enables," and "tracks" rather than "solves" or "guarantees." If something is not suitable for your situation, it will say so and explain why.
Your control and your data
You choose what you share in the conversation. We use what you type only to answer your question in that session and, where applicable, to generate internal, aggregated insights (e.g. what topics are asked most often). We do not use your conversation content to train or improve the AI model. How long we keep data, and what we keep, is described in our data and privacy section.
When to talk to a human
The assistant is best for product information and fit. When you need a quote, a contract, a demo, or a formal commitment, we expect you to go through our normal channels (e.g. contact form, email, or sales). The assistant can point you to those channels; it cannot act on your behalf or commit on behalf of Arpeta.
