Platform overview
Operational intelligence platform: processes, teams, and operational data on shared architecture.
MuggleVision unifies processes, teams, and operational data in one platform architecture. Modules share the same data model, security, and intelligence layer—not separate applications, one platform.
One platform, many domains
Customer, projects, finance, supply chain, HR, compliance, and risk run on shared architecture. The modules you enable use the same data model, the same security model, and the same intelligence layer—they are platform components, not separate systems.

Single data model
All modules use one consistent data structure. No duplicate records, no sync issues—one source of truth across CRM, projects, operations, and finance.
Intelligence layer
AI assistants and domain-specific copilots provide context-aware support. Query in plain language; get answers, summaries, and recommendations tied to your data.
Command centers
Operational visibility in one place. Project Command Center, Shipment Control Center, Risk Center, and Executive Dashboard give real-time signals and decision control.
Executive dashboards
Cross-domain KPIs and executive control. See status, risk, and performance across operations, sales, and compliance without switching systems.
Cross-domain analytics
Reporting and analytics span modules. Connect customer, project, finance, and operational data in one view for strategic decisions.
How the platform operates
A simplified view of the platform architecture: one data foundation, shared security and workflow, then the intelligence and control layers that all modules use.
Single data model
Customer, project, inventory, HR, and finance records live in one structure. Modules read and write the same data—no duplicate entry, no sync between systems.
Shared security and RBAC
Roles and permissions are defined once and apply everywhere. Who sees what and who can approve what is consistent across CRM, projects, and operations.
Workflow engine
Approvals and process flows run on a shared layer. A purchase request, leave request, or complaint follows the same governance rules regardless of module.
Integration layer
APIs and connectors link the platform to your existing tools. Data flows in and out under your control; the single data model stays the source of truth.
Intelligence layer
AI assistants and intelligence engines sit on top of the same data. They produce signals, summaries, and recommendations that feed into command centers and decisions.
Command centers
Dedicated views that aggregate status, signals, and actions by domain. Project, Shipment, Risk, and Executive centers give real-time visibility and control without leaving the platform.
Cross-domain operation: how modules work together
Processes rarely stay in one module. Here are three examples of flows that span domains and use the same data and intelligence layer.
Customer complaint to resolution
Complaint is logged in the Complaint module → a task is created and linked to the customer record (CRM) → investigation and actions are tracked → resolution is recorded → the same data feeds reporting and AI analysis for recurring-issue detection.
Shipment delay to decision
Shipment status is updated (Shipment module) → delay crosses a threshold → a risk signal is raised → Shipment Control Center shows the alert → manager sees context (order, customer, route) and decides → action is logged and visible in the same platform.
Recruitment to workforce planning
New hire is recorded in HR → training is assigned (Training module) → competency and completion are tracked → the same person appears in project staffing and capacity views → workforce and competency data feed Executive Dashboard and planning.
Platform depth in practice
Cross-domain analytics, risk signals, command centers, and decision support are native platform capabilities—not separate tools. They run on the same data and security model.
