The training and development module brings the process from training requests to catalog, assigned training, certificates, and competencies into one hub. Request, catalog, calendar, reports, and quizzes are unified.
Training catalog and assignment: Trainings are defined and assigned to employees. Assignment status (assigned, in progress, completed) and due dates are tracked; certificates are created for completed training.
Certificate and competency: Certificates for completed training are listed and downloadable. Training–competency mapping defines which training supports which competency; employee competency profile is updated.
