Request list on one screen: All leave and travel expense requests are listed by status (pending, approved, rejected). Managers and HR see at a glance which requests are pending.
Approval workflow: When a request is created, the relevant manager is notified; balance is updated automatically on approval or rejection. Multi-level approval (e.g. manager + HR) can be defined.
