A Gantt chart is a visual tool that shows project tasks on a timeline. Task duration, start/end dates, and dependencies are visible at a glance so the project plan and delays are clear.
Task management: Each task is defined with title, assignee, due date, and priority. Tasks can be broken into sub-tasks; progress percentage is updated to track project status.
Dependencies and milestones: Predecessor–successor links between tasks are defined; when one task is delayed, affected tasks are highlighted. Milestones mark key dates.
